About NewTek TriCaster and 3Play repairs
Our Story
DigiTek Systems is an authorized NewTek/Vizrt repair site for end-of-service TriCasters and 3Plays. If you have an older TriCaster, 3Play, or Control Surface that needs repairing, please feel free to contact us. We have been repairing systems for the past 14 years. We are also an authorized Vizrt Platinum reseller, with years of experience selling, installing and providing training on NewTek Tricasters and other products, and can sell you a new TriCaster, 3Play, etc.
Our Services
We repair systems that NewTek/Vizrt no longer supports. This includes, but is not limited to, the TriCaster 40, 300, 410, 455, 460, 850, 855, 860, 8000 and the various Mini models plus the 3Play 425, 440 and 4800. We also repair the TriCaster TC1. We have the parts and the knowledge to repair your TriCaster or 3Play. Please contact us if you don't see your Newtek TriCaster or 3Play system listed here . . . we can probably repair it for you.
Our Customers
Our customers include churches, schools and universities, government agencies, TV stations and independent producers. Our repair shop is located in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Annie, our shop dog, says hello.
